Trevor Tobey

Trevor Tobey is currently pursuing a double major in Economics and Sport Law, with a minor in Politics, Law, and Social Thought. Throughout his academic career, he has taken on various leadership roles, including serving as a Senator and Parliamentarian in the Rice Student Association and interning for Congressman Wesley Hunt. His interest in sports and law has also led him to participate in high-profile events like the NFL Honors Award Show and the College Football National Championship.
Trevor has gained additional experience interning for the Office of the Governor of Texas, running
for Student Body President, and leading in Cru Campus Ministry. These roles have helped him develop
a strong ability to listen, serve others, and navigate challenges with perseverance. His contributions
to leadership and civic engagement were recognized with the Sumner Scholarship for Civic Leadership.
With a deep interest in Constitutional law, Trevor is committed to using his experiences to positively
impact the legal and political fields, while also exploring the unique intersection of law and sports.
