Nick Pugliese is a sophomore at Rice University majoring in Sport Management with a concentration in Sports Law. With a passion for sports and a deep-rooted connection to his Japanese-American heritage, Nick aims to bridge the gap between Japanese athletes and the American professional sports industry as a future sports agent.

Nick has built a strong foundation in the sports industry through football scouting, player personnel, video operations, and event management. His experience includes working as a Football Scouting and Recruiting Intern for Rice University Football, where he evaluates game tape to assess talent and support recruiting decisions. Additionally, he serves as a Video Operations Intern, handling film breakdowns and game analysis.

Beyond Rice, Nick has expanded his expertise through baseball and event operations, working with the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League as a Video Operations Intern and assisting with ESPN Events for the Diamond Head Classic and the Hawaii Bowl.

Driven by his love for sports and cross-cultural engagement, Nick aspires to help Japanese athletes transition to American professional sports while excelling in the legal and business aspects of the industry.
